Lisa Dunn puts the finishing touches on her Hocus Pocus themed journal at the Pittsburg Public Library’s iCraft event for teenagers and adults on Wednesday. The library held two Hocus Pocus craft events, one for children and one for adults and teenagers. Dunn said this was the second iCraft event she has attended. more

Frontenac receives TAP grant for sidewalks

At Monday’s Frontenac City Council meeting, City Administrator John Zafuta announced the receipt of a federal grant of about $1.46 million from the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) to rebuild the sidewalks on McKay Street, between Cayuga Street and Parkview Drive (US-69).  more
