At Monday’s Frontenac City Council meeting, City Administrator John Zafuta announced the receipt of a federal grant of about $1.46 million from the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) to rebuild the sidewalks on McKay Street, between Cayuga Street and Parkview Drive (US-69).
