Top-seeded Moundridge rolls past Colgan boys

MANHATTAN, Kan. — The St. Mary's Colgan boys trailed the top-seeded, unbeaten and two-time defending state champion Moundridge 7-4 after one quarter during their Class 2A state quarterfinal Wednesday afternoon at Bramlage Coliseum on the campus of Kansas State University.
The Panthers were then outscored 20-5 in the second quarter and Moundridge never looked back during a 58-25 win over eighth-seeded Colgan.
