Pittsburg State center Karenna Gerber had an idea how she might score her 1,000th career point.
“I thought it would be an assist from one of my teammates because they do a good job of getting me the ball,” she said. “I give credit to all of them. I can’t do it without any of them. It’s really a team accomplishment when you look at it.”
