Pamela Ann Tilley, 70, of Mindenmines, Missouri, passed away at 5:50 a.m. Friday, November 17, 2023, at her home after a long battle with cancer.
She was born March 21, 1953, in Lee County, Virginia, the daughter of Charlie and Jean (Woodard) Dockery. She graduated from Haworth High School in Kokomo, Indiana, and attended Modesto Junior College.
On March 11, 1972, she was united in marriage to Joe David Warner in Kokomo, Indiana. He preceded her in death. On May 3, 1992, she married Danny R. Tilley. He preceded her in death on January 10, 2016.
She and her first husband owned and operated Warner’s Janitorial Company. She then ran a daycare in Pittsburg for several years. After falling in love with the breed, she owned and operated GoodFortune Shih-Tzu Kennels, where she raised and showed her dogs in the AKC for 18 years.
Membership was held in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Pittsburg.
Survivors include a son, Ralph David Jathh Warner (Lezel) of Washington; two daughters, Jenna Forbis (Mike) of Missouri and Destini Martin (Tim) of Tennessee; two brothers, Denny McManama of Indiana and Bert Dockery of Tennessee; a sister, Cindy Cage of Florida; eleven grandchildren, Devin, Jordan, Jolene Barnett, Brianna and Matthew Martin, Josie Cass, Seirra Seal, William, Ammann, and Johannas Warner, and Brisa M. John; two great-grandchildren, Caleb Shute and Leeanna Jensen; and in-laws, Rhonda and Eric Tilley Robson, and Steve and Tammy Tilley.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Dockery and Jean McManama, husbands, and a daughter, Shellie Louise Cass.
Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Crocker Cemetery with Doyle Hoth officiating. Friends are requested to meet at the cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Friday. The family suggests memorials be given to the American Canine Association.
