GIRARD, Kan. — A two vehicle head-on collision in Crawford County Monday morning claimed the life of an Arizona woman and left another seriously injured.
On Monday at 8:35 a.m., a 2016 Ford Taurus traveling eastbound on K47, two miles west of Girard, crossed the center line and hit a 2012 Chevrolet Equinox head on.
The driver of the Taurus, 43-year-old Kelli Lynn Bradshaw of Walnut, was transported to Freeman Medical Center in Joplin for a suspected serious injury. The driver of the Equinox, 69-year-old Judith Elaine Keener of Kayenta, Arizona, suffered a critical injury and was pronounced dead later in the day.
